Dr. Paul Woolner is a successful entrepreneur and business advisor. He is the founder of 4Sight Partners and also is a co-founder of Digital 4Sight, a leading global think-tank and consultancy on e-business strategy.

Paul has served as Director and Chair on a number of corporate boards. Among the most notable is Lavalife, where he served as a consultant and ultimately Chairman of the Board during a period of rapid growth and successful raising of $30-million. He was instrumental in helping College Pro grow into a successful franchise company, as well in assisting Versus Technologies evolve successfully into E*Trade Canada.

Paul has consulted with a number of Fortune 500, medium-sized and entrepreneurial enterprises on the design and implementation of high performance organizations.  He has a Masters and Doctorate in Educational Theory from the University of Toronto where his research focused on change management and learning systems.

Over the past 30 years, Michael Miloff has enjoyed a very successful career as a business entrepreneur, and as staff, executive, consultant and director to the private, public and non-profit sectors. Michael has successfully undertaken or managed over two hundred projects in a wide range of sectors and worked with clients across North America as well as in Europe, Africa and Asia.

Through his work, Michael has provided organizations from across all sectors of the economy with the support necessary to successfully manage and grow their operations. This assistance has helped organizations assess and solve problems across virtually all business processes, including: human resource management, financing and budgeting, technology deployment, project management, branding and corporate communications, marketing and sales, partnering and alliance formation, and technology deployment. Michael has also designed and facilitated dozens of strategic planning/problem-solving work sessions and events.
